Not saying Manuela hoists a natty, but would he have been more successful with Rhad the Impaler as AD vs Flake James The Beta Cuck?

ASSUME Rhad comes after Manuela gets hired amd we take off the table Rhad never hires him from Temple
It couldn’t have hurt.

Maybe with Ruiz money he could have waaaay overpaid somebody to come run his defense. That being laughed at, maybe one more game successful but no ******* way acc championship successful.

Anybody would be more successful with the current support compared to the support last year.

Also, who the f*ck cares?

Diaz was the worst defensive coordinator to ever set foot in Miami… in history. Worst head coach in history. Rad would have fired him soon as he became AD so it’s an impossible what if scenario to answer.

Mark D'Onofrio on line 1 for you...

The ceiling would've been higher for Diaz but it's not like he miraculously changes who he was. So, still not enough...
Culture issues still persist, still rugby tracking etc.

The money is a much bigger factor than the AD. With the huge budget we have now, pretty much any coach we had would have been more successful. The level of success is debatable but the fact that Miami is spending on football now is far more important than who the coach is.

Never, until he noticed higher level football is played with a high quality O-Line. His were consistently in the bottom 25% during his time here and never got better. From the very beginning, he (or his OL Coaches) couldn't even figured out positions the guys he was putting out there on a regular basis should be playing: that's like the Led Zeppelin song; Dazed and Confused.

He was a Defensive minded coach whose defenses were built around the "aggressive" approach which means stunts and blitzes to avoid being blocked. He was one of those coaches that had some success early with defenses and thought he could use that in other coaching scenarios, but showed he had little frame of reference on the importance of building the group that does the most to keep the D off the field and not getting worn out, like his D's were against "lessor" opponents.
