Agreed. However, there are certain traits that you can look for, IMO, that are projectible.
Mark Pope roasting a CB (in 7v7) with no pads or pressure on the QB is one thing. This kid snagging contested balls and one-handing stuff with ease is another.
247 rates Inniss a 10 in route running, and a 9 in toughness, ball skills, and hands. Using Pope as an example of a 5-star camp flameout, I am pretty sure you won't see too many reviews that said Pope was tough or had hands/ball skillz.
Am I crowning him based on a 3-catch clip? Absolutely not. But you can see he has that fire in his belly from that clip alone. I would be surprised if he flames out. He looks like a future all-conference guy to me, at a minumum.
