Hi there - registered to ask a quick question. I picked up 20 tickets for me and some buddies at the LIV at Sun Life (section 203). We're in town for a bachelor party. Game time is 2:30, but I wondered if anyone here knows when we can get into the stadium? Are folks able to get in early and check out some games at the LIV there a few hours before game time?

If not - any decent tailgating suggestions where we won't be harassed for being NU fans!

Thanks!

You have to park in the blue lot in order to get in to the stadium early. You also can tailgate there.

Our fans are all bark and no bite so feel free to engage in banter.

Just pull in and ask someone. Bring lots of bags.

HotGrillion - your fans were the best ever when my son and visited Lincoln last year ... hate to say, we wont return the favor however a few thoughts
- It will be hot... africa hot. Think about going inside early - one big difference, you can get beer and booze inside the Stadium
- Also, looks like your tickets are not club level however if they are, you can hang out in that level where they have AC, TV and Adult drinks
- One area where Miami will win over Lincoln - Bachelor Party - trust me, Vegas wont cover that line
As other said, Miami fans are all talk + I expect 1/3 of the stadium to be red

Please give our football team a beat down of epic proportions, so a losing season is started and hopefully get this loser of a coach out of here.
Thank you and enjoy your time in the 305.

My wife and I went to Lincoln last year and were harassed the entire time. All this talk about how polite and knowledgeable Husker fans are is a bunch of B.S.!

Can't wait for payback Sept 20!!!!

I think gates to the stadium open 1-1.5 hours before kick-off. LIV tickets should give you access to club level and there are plenty of drinking options once inside of LIV.

As for tailgating, parkings lots open 4 hours before kick-off. Big games they extend to 6 hours. They'll announce on game week if it's 4 or 6 hours.

Enjoy your stay!

Have a good trip, I'm heading down for the game with one of my buddies who is a big husker fan (we went to Lincoln for his bachelor party and Miami for mine, so I like how you think). If you want to watch the noon games, one option for you would be to hit up the Calder Casino (no table games) or the El Palacio Hotel which has a sports bar. Both are a couple blocks/short walk north of the stadium.

Not sure what viewing options there are inside the stadium since this year will be the first year of a 2 year renovation project/major overhaul.

Wow - not even close to my experience ... I had one young girl yell at us and Nebraska fans started yelling at her and apologized for her --- that doesnt happen any where else when I travel
