Here is some real truth, real tears. I have been dropping hints, but people are running everywhere with a false narrative. Like our QB room last Spring, the truth can't get out, it was bad. In the real Spring game last Saturday, the OL was pretty good at run blocking. The pass blocking, to be gentle, wasn't good. The DL dominated that. McCoy which could have been guessed, was the best pass blocker. Cantwell, while being a amazing TR FR right now, isn't dominant or close to that right now. I only mention that because people are expecting Joe Thomas this season, already. Hawks wasn't brought in to sit for a year. We shall see how that works out. Their could be another added. Mensah was on skates and the offense still got the best of the D. Mensah was getting it done on the run. Mensah and the WR's. We get a few OL back for Fall and have time to develop still. Our DL is the best competition our OL will face, but ND in S Bend and the playoffs are on a different level from the ACC. The OL must get better and should. Many of us had concerns at TE, LB and OL when the portal closed and that was correct. That is the truth right now in Spring. Like many teams, no Spring portal is a big loss.

I had doubts after the Louisville game. Our win against Stanford sandwiched in between UL and SMU wasn't exactly that impressive. If anybody didn't have doubts after the SMU loss, they are lying. And just like our other posters, I'm glad I was wrong.

Onto a new season. Hopefully, no hiccups. But if one does happen as they most certainly do, I will have a lot more confidence and faith in Mario and staff to right the ship.

I had doubts since the Ga Tech game in 2005. That's when it all fell apart so forgive me for being an absolute ****ball for 20 years. Mario killed me in 2023 against Ga Tech and then with that defense in 2024 when they wasted a number 1 pick. I was never a Beck fan and seeing Louisville and SMU was PTSD. I am proud to say I was wrong about it all.

I expected the bowl losses and the GT game that team wasn't ready and I gave him a pass cause Chaney knee was down. I expected the first two seasons with Mario to be bad I even said Nick saban would struggle the first two years. It was that bad here, so I wasn't surprised. I cant look up the post but I said the second game we play UF we will be back and stacked thats what I said.

I know folks on here clown you but I really wanted to thank you for taking time away from your Semenholes and Gaytors fans sites to provide insights over here for us actual Canes fans..............not all hero's wear capes.................
