Where did I say I knew more people than someone from Miami. When I came down to Miami for school. All my boys started giving me their boys numbers. People they did time with or family down in Miami. SO when I got down here I linked up with about 10 or so guys in different parts of Miami and became boys with their friends. I was just facetiming with a couple of them last night. I don't claim to be an expert on Miami, but I know a few things and I can ask my boys for their opinion.

I am sure canesince4ever knows more people in Miami then me.

This is pretty much correct. Even though Biggie was clockin rocks...he didnt grow up poor. However he loved the streets of Bed stuy
NY is urban gang life. Each borough in NYC got outfits...Trust and believe that.

100% facts. Every borough got outfits and they just get richer and more powerful over time. They have a lot more legal fronts now too. Ya you are right biggie was not poor growing up. I know he had both parents and no brothers, but like you said his house was still in a bad area so he got caught up with crime.

Facts bro. I can't fault them for that. They probably just look at the statistics and think nothing is going down over there. They don't realize that when Mobs operate they aren't just murdering people and leaving them on the street. They make it look like accidents, overdoses, people go missing. etc. When I was growing up the black crews and some latino crews operated like regular street gangs. Just bang on site, but that draws tons of attention. Now even the bloods, crips, 3nis, Kings, and the other little crews in NYC operate like mobs. They would rather get money and have no one looking into their business then racking up high body counts.

My thing with Ross is I don’t see it saying he is what he raps about. I see it as a persona.

Nah lol. I know in Rykers and the Tombs plus the state pens up here are filled with COs getting paid. The bloods run all of them up here. But that doesn't mean those COs are gangsters or that I am going to respect them if I see them on the street.

Before Ross got exposed he was trying to act like he was a gangster. He even tried to deny the pictures at first. I'm old school though. I don't even listen to J Cole, Kanye, or Drake or any of these soft rappers.

Never mind the fact that he tried to use someone else's name and life story to push his crap. People remember "Freeway" Ricky Ross, and it was shameful how Rick Ross the rapper tried to tie himself into that guy's legacy.
 
I only respect rappers that legit kill people. Preferably multiple murders.

I ain’t gon respect ones that just sold drugs an shlt. Multiple felonies and jail time don’t get respect from me. Gimme dem teardrops, yo.
 
Nothing says elite private university with great academics more than being repped by a rapper with street cred.

You could be standing in Florida and throw a rock to hit Georgia too if you're close enough to the border. If you look up Betty T Ferguson Center or Hardrock you not seeing Carol City anywhere under the "City" category. I'm from Miami Gardens so ofcourse I'd argue tf outta this lol
 
I know personally that ross wasnt selling **** before he was a co. He played football at carol city highschool with my uncle whom he was really good friends with. He ate and chilled at my grandmas house when they were young. He actually got my uncle into the co profession.

When my other uncle was selling drugs and tried to get his younger brother involved ross pulled him away from that lifestyle.

Is ross a bad dude not by any means but is also 100% not any of what he protrays. I dont have a problem with it because he has made a successful living and has looked out for numerous families while doing so.
 
Carol city was the previous name for unincorporated miami dade which is now incorporated and goes by miami gardens there are many areas inside miami gardens that previously went by other names.

The bahas, carol city, murtle grove etc. But miami gardens now runs from county line til opa locka right around 151st street.
