He's well spoken & in control. Can see why he was picked to finish out the season.

Said he met with both Dorito & Coley today; has been at work since 6 am. Team is very emotional right now; they are going to go out & attack it tomorrow whatever that means. Maybe more will be revealed in the presser tomorrow but don't know what time it is.

So, more flying around? How is Kaaya's upper extremity?
 
He said they were following protocol re concussions with Kaaya. Didn't reveal anything about either he or Scott. God forbid they have to go to Duke & play Rosier.
 
Larry Scott is a good coach and one of the few good hires Golden has made (Beard is another). Glad he was picked to be the interim coach.

Here we go with the beard stuff. What makes bears such a good hire? I like the guy but he's barely worked here and he's already considered a great hire/coach?

You know how it is...our fans see Sam Bruce say he will stay committed if Beard stays on staff...and presto...he is a great college WR coach!

No, seriously, he was a solid high school WR coach with the personal experience and connection with the kids....but hardly makes him a "great college coach" this early in...

That said, with all the shuffling that coaching spot...some stability would be nice.

He starred in a super duper c00l offseason video, so he's a better coach than anybody on the staff already.

No offense, but he doesn't have enough expience to be labeled a good coach at any level yet....even high school. He's a newborn in the coaching ranks, maybe has a bright future, but right now he can't be labeled anything other than green.
 
Anyone from South Florida automatically gets undue praise from the mo-mos.......

For example: James Coley, Andreu Swasey, Barrow, Ice, Mario, Randy Shannon.......all guys crowned b/c they have they same area code as the fans.

I think KB's unit has looked good this season, after they got all those drops out of the way in the first two games.

Sure, you can say he's not tested and we need to see more of a resume before we crown the guy...but not sure how you can have anything but positive feelings for KB at this point?
