I liked him as Raiders OC too. Wouldn’t mind having him back if Todd Downing’s ineptitude rears its ugly head.

Downing is ruining our offense. Dude completely changed the entire philosophy of our team from last year. Musgrave wasn't great or anything, but he had the correct philosophy - Power runs, Play Action, and deep threats. Now that Downing took over we never run Power or Play action and now we're in a ZBS. And now Derek Carr pretty much throws every pass in under 2 seconds cause we're in like a west coast offense.
We played well vs Chiefs and passed deep more, but I really don't like Downing.

and don't get me started on Ken Norton jr....smdh
 
Duke needs to get out of CLE like yesterday.
Njoku is stuck for a minute unfortunately.
