How would you grade Kosi’s first career start?

Great game manager, two hiccups at the end but we already controlled the game.

Given his experience, it’s an A. 4th year starter? B-
 
I give him a B overall but I can easily see how he will be an A in most games going forward. I dont really fault the interception on the throw to Harley or the fumble on him.

Gotta protect the football and the INT was negligable.

Luckily he didn't have to work hard.

FSU will pressure him A LOT next week, and that will be the real test.
 
N'kosi Perry's first pass of the game to Mike Harley was a thing of beauty. Harley may have even scored had it not been for the shoelace tackle. There was another throw later in the game when he was rolling out against the grain and threw a dart to Harley again. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention #5's running capabilities. He's as good a runner as any QB I've seen. Has a knack for tucking the ball under the proper arm and isn't afraid to stiff a defender when needed. One thing I'd like to see him do more of is avoid some of the unnecessary contact whenever possible and either run out of bounds or slide. Last thing any of us want to see is him getting his clock cleaned on a QB scamper. Overall, I thought N'kosi left a couple of plays on the field but all in all a good performance nonetheless. A solid B, maybe a little higher had the play calling been better.
 
B- the defense gave him a lot of help consistently missed homer and dallas on swing patterns out of the backfield and held onto the ball and starred down his primary target however way better than Rosier and really a great start
 
Gotta put a * on that pic. That ball bounced off of MH3 chest. He threw it so he has to take the blame. The LT got beat like a drum on the fumble play. At the same time he’s still bresponsible for protecting the ball.

INT was PI. Dumb throw but watch the replay. NC defender held Harley right arm down.

Kid’s still growing. I’d wait till the end of the season to have a solid read on him. But he gets an A for his first start.

Only throw he was off on was the Cager throw after he started 5 for 5. He had like 3 drops(1 resulted into an int).

Poor decision on the INT, need to protect the ball on the fumble. Threw behind Thomas on the bubble and same on the slant the next throw to Langham.
