This **** dont make sense, I know today was beautiful and people on spring break with kiddies but dammit we ot 400 corches and none of them on CI$.. I dont pay $75 a mo for this ****

You are definitely right but I have a feeling he was referring to Santacon which is HUGE in nyc.

It's without question the safest large city in America....I see alot of people laughing and such...but it's without question the truth, in comparison to Chicago...Miami...L.A....etc..
