How we feeling about SMU matchup?

I am trying to stay positive, I promise. But:

- SMU has a Top 20 rushing defense
- Dallas can be sneaky cold in November
- Lashlee is an excellent playcaller
- Jennings might be the best quarterback we face all season.
- A bunch of ex-Canes jacked up to play us.
- Our quarterback might be having a crisis of confidence

Having said all that, we will almost certainly find a horrific way to lose to Stanford next week and I will throw myself into oncoming traffic.
So now Dallas is too cold for our players? I give up. Maybe we should fold the program if our players just can't perform if they start to see their breath outside.

With six games left, I have us going three and three, opposing coaches know Mario’s CORCH’in tendencies now and Mario hasn’t changed a god**** thing since this time at Oregon

And I expect Stanford will be close also if not a loss
I just trust SMU offensive staff to scheme more confusion and favorable matchups than our own. I wonder what the line looks like for that game? I dont see how we can be favored. And Dawson better find a way to rehabilitate Becks mental health ASAPPP starting next saturday cause we are going to have to throw it around to keep up with SMU.

Trumpycane wants to thank you guys for confirming we have some of the dumbest fans alive

Trumpycane wants to know if you’d wager 1k on that, Trumpycane will give you 5 to 1 odds

Or we can make an account ban wager

Don’t get me wrong, we are the better team and should win. SMU is not better than half the teams we have played. But we are barely better than half those teams either right now.
This is false you just are emotional right now. We had control of every game we played the whole game basically except for louisvillle and 2 minutes vs fsu. Played the worst game of the year so far vs louisville and still lost by only 3 and had the ball late in the 4th with a chance to win or go for the fg before another pick

Depends on the bounce back against Stanford. Assuming there is one.

Miami mauls Stanford and maybe they have their heads back on straight. Go to Dallas motivated and focused rather than lackadaisical. This includes the staff and the play calling.

Miami struggles to beat Stanford, playing a close game within 17 points then SMU will be a struggle. Maybe even a loss.

Got my ticket yesterday. Expecting a dogfight in D-town.

Speaking of smU Canes, I saw Elijah Roberts make a play last night against the Lions. I know Mama Roberts was smiling.

Looking like SMU is going to be one tough game. Its another game Rhett has two weeks to prepare, and we know they will be highly motivated with coach and ex-players, and Miami will still be ranked, so the place will be packed. They are another schematics team that can cause problems, they create mismatches, scheme speed guys open (Dawson cant). I think Miami entire season is that game. They win that game and I thimk they will win out.
I think they lose to Wake this weekend.

Dam we got some soft *** fans in this place. So a team that lost their starting QB, RB, and safety is going to beat us at home. Please turn in your card and never return.

They stink on defense, and that is not an intimidating road environment.

We should win so long as we don't vomit all over ourselves again.

Will be the best QB & most complex Offense we face this season.

Louisville was a stress test on the Defense.

The SMU game will be their biggest challenge in terms of dealing with being attacked with multiplicity.

The perimeter of the Defense & the LB Corps is going to have to elevate their play in this matchup.
