How many years should the new coach get?

To get 10+ wins?
I say first year.
Unlike when Shannon and Golden took over, the new coach has a roster pretty much in place of 10+ wins next year.

Next coach should win coastal next year with two seasoned excellent QB's coming back and 18 starters otherwise they should be fired on the spot.
 
The right coach will win immediately. Will adapt to the players we have.
If someone comes in and changes everything to meet their scheme it may take a year or two.
They should get a 4 year deal for recruiting purposes. Nobody will commit 4 years to a 2 year coach

lol at having 18 starters back, when u get starters from a bad team it will be a bad team next season too lol. a year older doesnt make u any better u r who u r. i think a new coach can sneak into the acc title game but we have no clue whos going to be the big fish in the coastal next year, and if you cant protect ur qb and u have cemented foot slow running backs i dont care who u r ur not winning. if its butch i would love to see his recruiting class, i want to see if he thinks highly of the same kids golden thought highly of.
to be honest i think herman wins fastest but butch brings in monsters that build um up to elite levels for a long lasting dynasty. when u have slow linebackers slow rbs slow seconday no identity, it will be difficult to win cuz all opposing teams can get licks in and do things against our weaknesses. i give them four to five years unless they really show signs of being awful in every aspect then that could change, golden should of been fired after three

OSU won 6 games and got blown out by Golden, before Urban was named HC. They went undefeated the following year. Muschamp won 4 games in 2013 and 7 in 2014, and look what their new HC only has 1 loss. Same thing going down at Michigan. We have 5 wins, right now. A good coach would at worst have us with 11 wins with this years team. We're good enough relative to our competition to win 10+ next year.

Hear we go with setting ridiculous expectations. How about we wait until we even have a coach before starting this ish.
