Its also the fact that the with NIL and transfer rules, the Alabama's and Georgia's of the world can freely poach top players off losing rosters. And there are actually guys on the roster we don't want to see leave.

I would expect QB’s to enter the portal. If there were high level WR’s I’d expect them to portal out as well. It’s actually tough to tell beyond that. If I was in Garcias camp I’d strongly urge him to enter the portal
