UM can't hold off other programs because Folden sucks, and everyone knows it.

LULZ at you providing another excuse for Folden's foibles. Now, UM fans can't expect to hold onto recruits once they start getting national attention.
 
LOL at the "replaced with" argument. Walton didn't "replace" Scarlett or Kronkrite. He was offered before those guys and the intent was clearly to take 3 RBs in this class.

Because you clearly only need 1 RB and 1OG/1 OT in a class. Little depth would be nice

I really think they intended to take 2 RB Cronkrite and Scarlett if they could get him. the suprise commit from Dex and the reclassification of Walton screwed them up big time and they were pretty much lost on how to do things. thats why they are selling Dex the Hybird Role so it looks like they were only taking 2 RB w a slot WR. but when Walton came along it brought up the same issue all over again.
 
Don't think NOBODY would argue Fat Al's better than a C grade recruiter. In fact Al ain't good at nothing college football! His decommits are close to 40% and that's not good no matter how things shake out. Why offer kids you don't want if you're going to eventually stop talking to them to get them to decommit. No a good image to quality recruits or recruits in general.
 
Nobody is thrilled with what went on the last two games BUT accept the fact that Al is not going anywhere the administration still supports him and realizes that when hired he was not advised of the Shapiro incident and is not going to spend however many millions to buy him out. If you are a true cane fan then support the program and stop all the negativity. People like yourself and other " screamers " are hurting the program with BS post and that has to have a negative affect on recruits, the more you complain the worst the cliamte is that he has to deal with and the more other programs are going to use it against us. The bottom line is the kids quit palying after the devasting loss to FSU and Al and co. simply could not get them motivated no matter how hard they tried. Unforetuneatly I believe you will all get your wish in a year ortwo when Al voluntarily leaves for a different job, and I suspect we will hire an up and comer rather than a 64 year old Butch Davis whi is clearly in disfavor with the administration

It's possible to accept that fact AND be angry about it.

If you are a true cane fan then support the program and stop all the negativity.

If you are a true Cane fan, then support the program and stop accepting substandard coaching.

Every fan base has "screamers." You know what really hurts a football program? Clueless coaching, poor player development, a passive defensive scheme, losing games we should win based strictly on superior talent, an inability to close in recruiting...

And the coaching staff's inability to motivate or teach the kids how to fight back in the face of adversity isn't a serious red flag for you???
