It's all a scam, opiates are invented for the right reasons. Doctors that prescribes pain killers should educate the patients on how to wing off gently. Most of them, don't have the education and licensed to prescribe SOBOXONE. When a patient is left out cold, doctors EXCUSE is: the patient is ABUSING.

Yes, but it is still makes them money in the long run and allows them to keep their prisons filled. NJ had over 30k weed arrests last year.

Even in NYC people get ticketed for it all the time.
