None of this should be happening, we have no identity, no offense or defense style no field presence.

I didn't know having standards was virtue signaling. I didn't know that being a man that doesn't stand for enabling rapists was some kind of negative. A national championship is worthless if you get to spend the next 30 years as a doormat. Hiring those jackasses would ensure that the Miami program would be awful for decades to come, because it's only a matter of time before those two guys did something heinous.

Now, if you asked me to make hires.

HC(Matt Campbell or Chris Petersen)(Find the money)
OC--Kellen Moore(Look at what he's done with Dak Prescott, dude is a hot property, and you know he's probably itching to get away from Jerry Jones)

A competent HC wins decently by year 2, if not sooner. Most of us aren't asking to be Bama(The NCAA has made it borderline impossible for Miami to win like that, because the NCAA has made it impossible for teams with smaller budgets to consistently compete) That said, it shouldn't require a miracle for a good coach, who pays attention to details to win 9-11 games by the end of year 2. People forget, talent isn't the issue, COACHING IS. Ironically enough, the one thing Manny has gotten right is adding talent. Other than that, he's a disaster.
