Hotels ND and Clemson

Chicagoan here with a summer cottage on the lake in SW Michigan, check out New Buffalo. There’s some good bars/restaurants near the lake. Casino (4 Winds)- like another poster mentioned. Tons of dispensaries that are cheap as ****. Very close driving distance to South Bend.

Booking rooms for ND and Clemson games tonight once schedule comes out. Has anyone been to either and have any info on where Miami fans tend to stay?
Chicago at the intercontinental is probably the easiest route for nd. St regis is nice too. Far as clemson well that's slightly different. Either pitch a tent in the middle of the woods out there or seriously I'd just book a vrbo. Place is a serious **** hole.

Stayed in South bend for work many many times.

Can do the double tree downtown. It’s older but fine. The aloft downtown is nice. But as other said, stay in Chicago and drive

If you are staying in downtown Chicago, I'd recommend The Gwen in The Mag Mile. Great place to stay and can't beat the location. It's apart of Marriott Bonvoy for all you members.

Got an RV spot about 12 miles from clemson football stadium.. looking forward to that game. Also have a vrbo booked just up the street from HR for the fsu game. My buddy wants to go to nd also so it might be a trip to Chicago in the works. I haven't been up there since my last Navy C school.

South bend is ***.

Stay in Chicago. Congregate with canes night before

Drive there early next day. Walk around then tailgate. That’s all you need

From someone who has done it staying there or Chicago- much better the other way unless snow
