0-2 in bowl games...have not beat a top 5 team....0-4 against FSU....managed to crap on So. Fla recruiting...dealing w/ 9 lost schollys (but not really, b/c 30% of his class either not made it or have transferred so they are recycling schollys)...went from 9-4 to 6-6(7)

Other NFL Players: Tremain Mack, Marcus Wimberley, Twan Russell, Tony Gaiter, Earl Little, James Burgess, KC Jones, Jammi German, Kerlin Blaise, Danyell Ferguson, Magic Benton, Nick Williams, Scott Covington, Derrick Ham, Ryan Clement, Carlos Jones, J Ina

With the exception of Ray Lewis he had all of these guys for at least 2 years. Al Golden got the class of 2008 and most them left after his first year along with the 2 best guys from 2009 (Miller, Vernon).

Outside of UCLA (10-2), Butch didn't really beat any good teams in his first 4 years either. Unless you consider a 9-3 Syracuse team, in that case Golden beat a 9-3 Duke team this year.

Its exactly what u are doing. Defending Golden. You are attempting to say losing 24 schollies and losing 9 are the same thing. And let's not forget Butch knew when it wasn't working out with his assistants. Golden has shown no such awareness or courage

The teams at the end of 4 years were/are nothing a like. Will we be preseason ranked going into the season next year? We ended 99' ranked 15 in the nation. We ended 99' on a 4 game winning streak. Its not even close.
