Deriq King was an athlete? Became a pretty good quarterback. Not sure why this true freshman, who has been playing the position throughout HS and nothing else cannot develop into a good quarterback at the college level.
King in high school was lightyears ahead of current Brown as a passer. They don't even compare.

Do these guys not practice? Not the posters, our players. I mean the posters can use practice too, but he’s been in camp since the spring and can’t throw a forward pass… was he practicing the option for 10 months?

I just kind of wonder what was going on in high school.

I'm very familiar with Lowndes as a program. They're one of the best in the nation.

Historically, they were a running offense, but have incorporated more passing in recent years.

Yes, they can bully other teams with talent, but he still threw the ball in high school.

And, yet, it appears there's no real development (or very little) to Brown's passing game.

He's not the future QB at UM, and it's time for our fans to stop trying to wish it into existence.
