I honestly had no clue Goldberg was still alive. So glad Lebatard crushed him in the ratings.
Where the library is. You wanna win or not?
There is still a library? What are they, place with a bunch of electrical outlets for recharging? Great place for the stadium.
Jokes aside, the UM Library is actually considered one of the most heavily used facilities on campus. I'd say it's more popular than the UC for social gathering.

PS - Even if we bulldozed the library, it still wouldn't work: 1) still not enough square footage for field/seats/concessions, 2) horrible location as the library is at the center of campus, not the edge of campus and 3) quite far from our athletic/training facilities and 4) you still run into a logistical nightmare for parking/traffic.
I really wish the "On Campus Stadium" discussions would end - it physically and logistically cannot happen. I've posted about it in the past and nothing has changed since then. The Dolphins ownership knows this and uses it against us all the time.
I lived in Orlando for four years. It's Gator town, then Noles, then Canes then......way down the line Knights.
He could have literally said nothing, and it would have the same effect.
Just another reason for an on campus stadium
Please enlighten us where on campus it will go?
Only way to build a stadium in coral gables would be to buy the Biltmore and make the golf course a stadium and parking lot. That's gonna take the Rock dropping 9 figures.
Lotta Nole fans in Orlando. That won't happen. They know that's not home field advantage AT ALL.
Please. Plenty of Noles in the Miami Gardens area too. Plenty of Canes fans in Central Florida who actually show up to games when they come to town. It would work better than playing on baseball clay again or having seating on one half of the field.
Fans aside, it's a neutral field, which ****s us. This **** better not happen. Literally booked my flights last night to come down that weekend.
As opposed to what? The NFL stadium we lease 20 miles from campus? The one on the Broward county border? The one well attended by Gator and Nole fans every Sunday? Count the garnet shirts that showed up to the stadium 2 years ago. Count the blue ones from 3 years ago. Until our fans dominate Joe Robbie, let's not cry home field advantage.

Do you think if the stadium was in a different location, less FSU fans would show up to Miami/FSU games? It's not the stadium's fault that Miami fans don't show up for their own team's games.

You're delusional if you think SLS's location doesn't affect attendance. Know how many fans from Miami do not attend games because they don't want to deal with the hassle of driving up there? As someone who lives in the The Falls/Kendall area, I see it too often.
Miami has yet to play a game at SLS where the entire stadium is full. Miami/FSU and Miami/Florida had many empty seats in the corners for those games. SLS has a history of poor attendance. It isn't just a coincidence.
Thats a guy whos talking out of his ***
Article is total bs. It says we moved the A&M game to FAU but I was told that under no circumstances would a home game be moved anywhere but to Orlando. Because we had sold more season tickets this year then FIU or FAU stadiums held, and they would not have a game where all season ticket holders could not attend.
