Home Game at FAU?

Thats a guy whos talking out of his ***

Article is total bs. It says we moved the A&M game to FAU but I was told that under no circumstances would a home game be moved anywhere but to Orlando. Because we had sold more season tickets this year then FIU or FAU stadiums held, and they would not have a game where all season ticket holders could not attend.

Exactly plus hes been the only guy saying this

Calling BS on this info. Does anyone believe the NFL would allow Dolphins get in a situation where stadium isn't available until November? Not likely.

Per the ticket office, it sounds like game is still scheduled for Dolphins Stadium.... this is nuts.... when would they have to decide by?

The NFL has allowed the Dolphins to field what they've called a "team" for the last 15 years, so, who knows.

Just got off the phone with the UM ticket office... I was told "there are some reporters out there really reaching for stories this time of year. We speak to the Dolphins every week and they have told us we're on schedule."

Goldberg says the FAMU game was moved to FAU. I don't recall this formally being announced or decided. what is he talking about? I think the stadium is going to be done. what the **** happened to hank Goldberg anyway? has he lost his mind?

Who knows? This is crazy... this game is 2 months away... surely, they would have announced this already....

This should be enough of a reason to got out of our deal and build our own ******* stadium!

Might as well play FAMU at Ted Hendricks or Traz Powell, Lol... Smh
If Sun Life isn't ready, play FSU at Marlins Park.
There's NO WAY under any circumstances should we play FSU in Orlando.
Worst case scenario, play it at FAU & only let FSU buy 3,000-5,000 tickets at most.

It's more embarrassing to play in that baseball stadium than it is to play in Orlando.
That's true, but at least we can still pack the house... If we're playing in Orlando there's no telling how many Noles will show up.
Regardless of how many Canes fans there may be in Orlando, we can't afford to lose that kind of home field advantage for that game.

Where the library is. You wanna win or not?

There is still a library? What are they, place with a bunch of electrical outlets for recharging? Great place for the stadium.

Jokes aside, the UM Library is actually considered one of the most heavily used facilities on campus. I'd say it's more popular than the UC for social gathering.

PS - Even if we bulldozed the library, it still wouldn't work: 1) still not enough square footage for field/seats/concessions, 2) horrible location as the library is at the center of campus, not the edge of campus and 3) quite far from our athletic/training facilities and 4) you still run into a logistical nightmare for parking/traffic.

I really wish the "On Campus Stadium" discussions would end - it physically and logistically cannot happen. I've posted about it in the past and nothing has changed since then. The Dolphins ownership knows this and uses it against us all the time.
