Home Game, Advantage or Distraction

This game may have equal attendance so not a true home game. That said we won 5 straight on the road. Gonna be real comfortable to get back home. Not sure if that is good or not.
Indiana fans have been in excess of 90% at the Rose and Cotton bowls.

I've got the 72MP 360deg pics to prove it.

They will mortgage their houses for this ****.

I can't emphasize enough how we're about to get an SEC East archetype fan base that has been starved for so long they will eat themselves to death.

Bama and Oregon were defeated fan bases. They better have the paddy wagons ready for this one.

I like that Indiana cruised. Either they are the most legit team in a minute and they beat us pretty good, or they come in with a false sense of confidence and they dont know how to handle it when we start flexing. Maybe I'm hard headed, but as much as I respect the job Cignetti has done, I don't fear them at all. Go Canes.
The one thing I’m not worried about is our guys overlooking this team. Mario always seems to have his teams up to play in big games.

So you don't think it's a distraction at all? Basically everyone is hitting you up for 10 days, the media everywhere in your own space, etc.?
Double edge sword. For all the things you said, but we haven’t been home since 11/22, it’s always good to sleep in your own bed so to speak.Mario has kept a lid on these guys and the team leaders understand the task. I just know Indiana will run their mouths. They’re Media darlings, undefeated, 7.5 pt favs. Ya just know their inflated hubris will spill out. A couple of them have already announced winning the Natty in Miami. It’s coming, but so is a major throat punch, followed by opening a Can of WhoppA**, then Bedlam and Mayhem. GO CANES

Not sure crowd matters all that much. Would hope for massive Miami advantage but that isn’t happening based on ticket allotments. Indiana has never won, their fans will do anything to go to the game. May be helps they had to travel to LA and Atlanta already while we get to stay at home.

I do see Miami fans showing up for this game, first time in decades too. So, a lot of words to say even split
