how does it not mean anything?? its called a coaching tree and we of all people should understand how important that is. in reality nobody knows until he is out there coaching on his own if he learned anything but it certainly is something that is considered.

Wasn't Golden the recruiter of the year? As bad as Golden sucks he had a vastly better resume than Mario. Mario won 3 games in his sixth year in the sun belt. Shut up with this guy.
 
I worry about our fan base. Why in the **** would we want a head coach who was fired at FIU?! We can do so much better.

I worry about US having to deal with these deficients within our ranks. The fact that they're either enabled or influenced by an equally as lacking media only exacerbates the problem.

Please name one other power 5 program that is even considering him. One. USC, USCe, VT, MD? How about UCF? Is he on their short list? If not, why would he be good enough for UM? Unless we have only $5 to spend on a new coach, he shouldn't even enter the discussion.

With all do respect.....he knew he didn't want to coach under our previous coach and it only took him a month to figure that out. #BBB
 
Mario hasnt proven jack **** as a coach, he's the oline, i say OLINE coach a Bama for christ sake. smh
 
Anyone who advocates for Mario, Schiano, Chud, Kiffin, Orgeron, Stoops, or any other scrub/retread needs to be institutionalized. It's amazing how dumb this fanbase is, they truly never learn. Every coaching search it's the same ****** names just recycled over and over again, with the same qualifiers. "He's a great recruiter, he has Miami ties, we don't need a great coach just a competent one." Every time and every time the same **** happens. Eventually you'd figure after sticking your hands on the stove 100 times and getting burnt you'd not do that, but apparently our fanbase can't get the hint.

We need a stud. A proven winner. We need to spend money like all the other consistent contenders. Yes we have the money, no it's not budgeted properly, but that doesn't mean the school doesn't have it. Hire a ******* winner and stop ******* the program up constantly.

Crowder said it best on his show with Kup today: If Mario had no connections with the University of Miami, if he hadn't played under Dennis, etc., he wouldn't be under consideration for any HC job in the country.
