If I was a coach, I would give each player a history book/Photo Album.
Each page would represent 1 game and contain 6 pictures:
1 memorable moment from each quarter,
1 memorable moment from halftime
And 1 memorable moment from the end of the game

Players would earn an extra page by getting to Championship games
And of coarse Bowl/Playoff games.

What would you do as a coach, to emphasize the importance of each game
And create value for what it means to be a part of the UM Family?

I like the idea.

It really stood out to when when Richt cancelled the arcansaw stait game to the players tend to their families.

So long as future actions are consistent with this one, I'm cool.

Edit: But I forgot this was history. I would have each head coach that won a title come back and tell the story. I think it would give insightful perspective of a "from the ground up" culture. Or what it now "Us against them".

This is why people fall for coaches who do nothing but scream. People assume players just need motivation to win. Most players are motivated to make a name for themselves

like your effort but this is awful... this is The U.... a photo album with pictures? sounds like something chicks would do

Jesus, arts and crafts.

Are you people serious?

You win championships with talent, leadership, hard work, and good coaching. Picture books are fluff.

But with like pictures of Miami guys and stuff.

All you have to do is not be like Gorlden and give the former players and staff full practice and game day sideline access.

Just having those legends around will light a fire under anyone except those who don't deserve to wear the helmet anyway.

I think Donna band the players from the sideline as part of begging NCAA to go easy on her. Not trying to save Golden from any blame, I just hate her even more and want everyone to remember where she stood.

Very cute. Reminds me of a commie English professor I had in 70’s who had us all go outside on the first day, lay down and look at the sky and tell him what the clouds looked like. Good thing I tested out of his class the next day because he seemed very upset with, “Clouds, frigging clouds, you stupid *** commie!”

Aside from that, it is too much like Golden crap for me.

Unless it’s the written text of George Sorosis, Farakan , Jeremy Wright , Progmorphis Alekious or Armedeaus Vinegar college Professors want no part of it.

Quite possibly something moms would do but its a different when media or journalism department is backing it. I'm not talking about motivation from game to game but a record of what you've accomplished. Every MAN is going to go through some rite of passage in their lifetime; whether it be sports, fraternity, military, etc. These are seasons where life is intensified and you rarely have time to fully appreciate history when you're making it.

I know so many dudes that played in the league or had major accomplishments that there's no record of. I would pay good money just to have pics of all of chicks (how they looked then when I was making history). But when you get older and have established yourself, when you're reclined in luxury and surrounded by the accoutrements that success brings and you're choppin it up with the fellas - you'll understand why having a record of what made you an advancing man is so important.

But if you haven't done anything impactful, that required all of the tenacity and perseverance you had and help from others to make it through; then you may trivialize it down do scrapbooking or something a mom would do.
Water always seeks it's own level.
