This would be a lot funnier if these people weren't actively trying to kill our beloved program.
 
Can one of the chalkboard commandos tell us exactly how this will make us a better team for the upcoming season?
 
Is there ever any real football practice going on? I see pictures / videos of tug of war, softball games, basketball games. Just today alone I have a video of a dork catching a punt and a UM player running around with a big orange ball. You can't make this crap up.

Look man these methods are unorthodox but they work. The string of championships on Al's resume speaks for itself.

Ummm..Pete, does a pretty good detail summary of each practice; it's called "The Work". All those activities you listed in your post occur after each 2hr long practice had concluded. These young men are allowed to have fun, just like you. Go Canes

The problem is not what Al does but rather what he doesn't do. If he only understood that the greatest team building exercise is kicking the living crap out of top opponent on the way to another win! Al has never experienced it so he just doesn't get it.

You guys are way to hard - they are well into summer practices and need a break. Tensions are high, guys are tired of practicing against each other for the past several weeks and months, guys.
