Talent and depth. Barry stunted development and you're asking a lot of Justice to coach them all up.

They can't get any worse, but if you return everyone, I don't expect a significant jump, no.

Your only going to be able to take care of so much at once. We just added a legit qb and defensive end new off coordinator and oline coach. We will add more no doubt about it.
