I just want to end the night on something:

These people complain about a call whilst admitting that the opposing call shouldn't have been made in the first place.

It's a new level of hatred. It's the level of completely bsing themselves way beyond Gator territory.

We need to stay with the playmaking Qbs and non-plodding offense.

This program has too many screwups to do game manager ball.

Ok thanks. I didn't notice him once all game. Regarding the score the defense gave up on the reverse, I doubt Harris got benched for that as many defensive players had terrible games and Harris had played so well up to that point. Probably a case of him getting "a little banged up.". In which case we won't see him for another 5 weeks.
 
I still believe this is a very good team. All these things can be fixed except for turnstile Richards. If we can limit turnovers and tackle on defense this squad will be in the ACC championship. I don’t believe this is a national championship winning roster though still got some work to do.

Turnovers and tackling. U fix that last night and we win by 3 td’s. So many whiffs on D. Smh

Most teams don't win when they turn the ball over three times and lose the turnover margin. I didn't like what I saw from the defense but if you take away those turnovers I think we blow them out. I still like the offense a lot. The call on Bell was bogus. The last pi on the db was 🗑️

Agree on the time outs, complete Joke and that’s on Mario.
Why give them the extra time to setup and adjust.

Can’t disagree but they got the win.

They were beat up. Got whipped physically, turned the ball over 3 times and still won.

That win doesn’t happen 99% of the time but Miami got it.

A lot to learn and try and heal up with the extra day and long travel.

It’s going to take a gusty performance to beat Cal next Saturday and get to the bye week 6-0

I disagree. The defense was so tired the guys could barely walk.

It allowed the team to regroup and focus on one play. I liked the timeouts actually

I never would've thought he'd have connected some of the throws he did. I'm not declaring him great, I'm saying he threw better than I expected him to.

VT has played us tough and given us fits for going on 30 years. Not sure why anyone expected anything else last night. They always come in fired up to play us.

It also allowed them to regroup and focus on the last play. They were out of timeouts.
Most timeouts are called when you have the ball to regroup and settle your team down and talk with the QB.
Calling a TO to rest your D does not make sense, we didn’t make any adjustments. We lined up the last 2 plays the same.

I hear what you are saying but counting on Bain, Rivers or Brown being back anytime soon seems like a fools errand. We know we won’t get anything real out of Mario. So just have to roll with the guys who are available.
