I don’t disagree with anything you said. But that defense is special. They are about to run Bama out of Atlanta on Dec 4th. They are basically the 2000 Baltimore Ravens. Just need a QB that won’t lose the game for them. But with Mario at the helm I believe we can recruit like that. QB might be a little shaky but he will bring top talent in everywhere elseI do believe they are the best team but they really haven’t played anyone yet. I’m not a believer in Bennett being able to lead a game winning drive if needed.
McKee for Stanford is a good QB, Shaw just chose the wrong one to start the year off. When he went down shortly after the Oregon game, Stanford took a nosedive.Oregon OC went to the hospital the morning of the Stanford game to have emergency surgery.
Stanford also started a new QB that game and that dude and his WRs were on fire. Oregon still almost came back and won.
The Utah game, Oregon was a road dog with a flawed QB. Once Utah broke it open with that punt return TD, Oregon had to turn to the passing game and Brown just isn’t good enough when teams know they have to pass.
You are running hypotheticals and it is silly. If Lashlee gets the SMU offer, then best of luck. If Garcia does not want to sit, then he certainly has the portal option. Maybe he goes to SMU. Maybe he goes to USC. Wouldn't Brown fall in the same category? But you insinuated Van Dyke might consider following him to SMU. First, Van Dyke loves Miami. And second, he is the starting quarterback at a Power 5 school.Or Garcia? Did you miss that. You don't think it's possible one would leave to play for the OC that recruited them and has an offense they want to play in.
Lashlee is why Garcia is here. He always liked Miami, but we were far back in the back burner and he committed to US. Lashlee flipped him after a lot of work.

Nobody ***** with the JesusI used to get my girl scout cookies and strawberry diesel from a guy named Jesus.
We're not close to them. But the youth squad model is now in use at every MLS club and the youth systems are expanding massively. More clubs are getting built by the day.
Process is slow, and there will never be the same per capita concentration of clubs. But that's exactly the model that MLS clubs are now following.
he committed to us after USC took multiple QBs otherwise he was never gonna come here. we almost lost him to Arkansas at the end bc of his relationship with Jesse Stone who was with Enos at Miami.
Of course it's hypothetical. My point was it hasn't been considered and should be. When coaches get fired players will transfer and qb not immune especially if they have good relationship with current OC/qb coach that leaves for HC position. Regarding our current class I wouldn't be surprised to lose most including brown. You are running hypotheticals and it is silly. If Lashlee gets the SMU offer, then best of luck. Columbus Cartel like Mario
AD might be Jurich. Young BOT don't care bout his image but Old regime does. Vote took place
2.5 Mil is likely why Manny still "Head Coach"
Zo in some capacity is done deal
Timetable unknown for announcements.
Good lord, it has been discussed ad nauseam. What are you suggesting that's new? Again, you offered up Van Dyke as a possible transfer to follow Lashlee if he gets the job to SMU. Garcia isn't going anywhere and if that decision is to be made then it would be after spring. It would be a better scenario for Brown as a true freshman.Of course it's hypothetical. They are the best defense in the last decade but we have to call it what it is, they haven’t really played that many explosive offenses. Odds are they play either Bama twice or Ohio State/Bama if they win the whole thing. Their defense has not been tested like that. Personally I think they’ll win any of those matchups, but I don’t think it’s as cut and dry as some people have made it.I don’t disagree with anything you said. But that defense is special.
