Here's what I know on Mark Matthews...

I'm talking in this recruitment.
I dont care about conference power bs cause we would get into the playoffs from the sunbelt...case in point this year.
I believe he mentioned wanting to play in the SEC. Their aren't many selling points to negative recruit against us left. The ACC and attendance are 2 that aren't ever going away. I still believe playing LT is a big part of this. My personal opinion.
I don't know this, but I wouldn't be surprised if we paid him to push that commitment date back and take a visit. That is just part of the new recruiting landscape, but that is why I am not taking a victory lap any time soon.

If they have to use the conference pitch of SEC that’s not the flex they think it is. All we got to say is we bodied that “best” conference.

That’s all these teams that recruit against us have left. That’s it, and you don’t have to play in those conferences to dominate. It’s been untrue for ages, Bain could have went to Toledo and still would be a first rounder.

They (aTm) don’t need to use the conference pitch here. Matthews already believes it. If anything, Miami and Mario have to counteract that belief, but the belief comes from Matthews, not an aTm sales pitch.

So to summarize:

You believe he mentioned he wanted the SEC
You believe he wants to play LT

You don't know but wouldn't be surprised if we paid him to move his date and take a visit

Unless you know the guy or someone really close to him, you're kinda short on facts.

2/3 of guys drafted in the latest NFL draft didn't play in the SEC last year

Wouldn’t get my hopes up just yet…

Dodger Stadium would look like this…

Soda - $11 (served in a souvenir cup!)
Hot dog - $9 (Dodgerdogs are longer)
Cotton Candy - $9 (ghey)
Beer - $19 (draft). Michelada - $27

Parking - $40 ahead of time; $45 if not. $65+ for preferred parking.
Game tix - $100 if you want to see the field without binoculars for a weeknight game against a mid team.

If you’re throwing back 17 cold ones at a ball game, A) I hope you aren’t driving and B) you need to have your head examined for literally pizzing that money away. C). I’m not judging 👀
Can confirm

how did that game turn out?

They were an 8/9 win team that overachieved.

-They gave up 46 combined points to UTSA and Utah State.
-They escaped Notre Dame because Notre Dame missed an extra point
-they beat 2-10 Arkansas and 5-7 Auburn by a combined 9 points
-They played 7 of the worst 9 teams in the conference. They played the entire bottom 5.

There's only a few high level five star OTs a year, hope we don't miss out on both waiting for Matthew's

Quit moving the goal posts.

Answer the question: who won that game?

Yeah I don’t believe that is just some layup where the kid is waiting on us to say “go”.
That’s why you push hard for both . Up them bags , this is the area we invest in . One in the hand is better than two waiting . Fck that take the Maryland kid now if you can .
