"Irked by lack of physicality." Isn't that the ******* head coaches job to engrain physicality into the culture of his program weekly, usually on Tuesday practice?

It's like a salesman who is 50% under quota, all the sudden says oh ****, and starts working harder. If you do the right things as a coach you don't have to change things up, the culture is already there.
