Surely the SEC will vote to change the rule ASAP to accommodate Saban.
Henceforth, any student athlete transferring from the UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA to another school within the SEC shall:

1) Be subject to a two year loss of eligibility
2) Be subject to a two year waiting period before active participation in athletics or classes may begin
3) Refund any and all financial contributions provided by the UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA and associated supporters, boosters, and local businesses within thirty days, and with fifty percent interest
