With all the hype Fletcher is getting, I thought I'd point out that Parrish still had a slightly better stat line.

Parrish- 9 for 90yds 10.0ypc 1TD
Fletcher- 9 for 76yds 8.4ypc 1TD

They compliment each other well and I think these 2 will end up being 1 and 2 (pretty evenly split) while still giving meaningful carries to Allen and Chaney...

All the RB’s looked good but..

As the president of the Don Chaney Fan club… he showed every bit of why he’s the most physically impressive on the team with his TD run. Matt Lee Big Lou gets blown up into the backfield, he avoids it, explodes to the second level and laughs off 4 arm tackle before taking his son (Ohio CB) on a ride into the end zone.

Lol, that wasnt Matt Lee. That was BIG LOU

Parrish to me was most impressive back but I have to watch the game back.. He looked good and quicker, he even said in his post game that he got his juice back, last year he wasnt as shifty but got his groove back and playing with confidence, sounds like he was in his own head before..

Mind you I was hard on him but he showed some good things in his carries..

That was Big Lou getting blown up. The OL was Big Lou, Rodriguez, Sagapolu, Chris Washington and Kinsler on that run which makes it more impressive.

How was this possible when 90% of the board was pushing Parrish out the door & swearing he was the worst RB on the team???

I thought Chaney was supposed to be the best back, what happened???
Wishful thinking by some phans. Parrish isn’t great but is very good, runs hard, picks up blitzes. I was glad to see Chaney get that last TD.

Miami has a deep RB room, each bringing something a bit different. Fletcher will be a stud.

We have four solid RBs, but I agree with the OG. Parrish is probably the best. Some people pooh-pooh him because he's not 220 lbs and sub 4.5 speed. But he's got vision, quickness, and balance, which is every bit as important as size and speed.

I don't fault Parrish (or TVD for that matter) for what he did last year. Last year's OL was atrocious, beyond bad, awful. It's a wonder our QBs and our RBs made it (somewhat) through the season.

Glad to have 4 studs ready to go.
Someone's going to get nicked up somewhere along the line.
Don't forget who we were rolling with last year at RB after a few injuries.

Parrish is a very solid RB. He isn't flashy, he isn't particularly fast or quick. He just plays hard every down. Cannot comprehend the naysayers about this kid.
Just one mans opinion though....
