Henry Parrish- 9 carries 90 yards 1TD

How was this possible when 90% of the board was pushing Parrish out the door & swearing he was the worst RB on the team???

I thought Chaney was supposed to be the best back, what happened???

I stay out of game threads, but don’t remember that much Parrish hate. Seems posters just would rather a better RB1

And who exactly would that be?

Because one guy is & has been significantly more productive than the other, but yet people are always clamoring for the less productive guy to play ahead of the productive guy not based on anything tangible.

Again, was there 2 different games that happened on Friday?

Parrish legit bro, should have been here straight out of highschool for that matter. The best productivity and ability, is availability! He has vision, balance, and adequate speed, best of all Parrish is DURABLE. If he gets hurt (knock on wood NOT) then y’all can see your savior Chaney.. 😂😂

What Parrish lacks in separation speed and physical attributes he makes up in elite vision and patience at the LOS. He is RB1 because he knows how to pick up consistent yardage. This RB group will feast behind this OL. And I like how we split carries and kept everyone fresh, that’s going to be huge as the season unfolds.

Vision is by such a country margin the most important attribute to a running back. I don't care how big or fast you are, if you can't see the hole nor the second option, you're done.

Trent Richardson had no vision whatsoever. Like, none. And Rhamondre Stevenson, where some went "This early? Why?", has eyes in the back of his head.

I'll take a consistently good running back over one that flashes brilliance then disappoints on successive plays. Results beats potential every single time.
▪ As impressive as Nebraska transfer Ajay Allen and freshman Mark Fletcher have been, incumbent starter Henry Parrish has made a strong case for himself throughout camp. “Henry has done a really good job,” running backs coach Tim Harris Jr. told WQAM’s Don Bailey Jr. “He’s slippery, can get the ball vertical in a hurry. For a guy not very big, Henry does a very good job” at pass protection.

Agree, vision and field presence complete awareness . I gladly choose these over top end speed. Parrish is a switchblade player this makes him so valuable, just call the play I’ll figure it out as it unfolds what the D gives me I’ll take it.

NFL will gladly take Parrish as a free agent if not a 4-5 round pick , plug and play player takes what he can get NFL love unselfish players lunch box who just runs plays flawlessly with no flare .

Parrish is a GET UR DONE player , NFL always says we done care how just GET UR DONE.
