More injury reports. I want to know every bruise, nick, scratch, scrape, and how much tape these guys are getting pre-practice. How long are they icing? What is the temperature of the ice bath? What setting are certain guys using on the stem therapy? Who likes their ultrasound jelly warm and who likes it room temp? Are the hot tubs being used? Are we incorporating enough natural anti-inflammatories in our post practice/workout diets? Are we getting enough Omega 3s to recover from the tuff and fizzical practices?
