Still strong and planning to sign in February?

But why wouldn’t he still plan on coming? We have nobody on the roster he essentially walks into a starting role

Spicer knows his place and noted going after the "Holder of the Year" award in 2019. Much respect for him to take a humbling role. He will be the leader on ST if I had to guess.

Does he need to be re-offered? the younger 2020, 2021, etc..... will be re-offered by new staff but Louis seems a lock.

Yep..it's also nice to know that if Headley gets eaten by a shark or dies from a Heroin overdose we have someone semi-reliable to serve as our punter.

It's hard to wrap your head around Feagles being that terrible. He's probably been doing this **** since he was like 11 years old, which is already an abnormal advantage considering no one is genuinely practicing punting at that age.
 
feagles was booming them in practice. he just couldn't adjust to a live game in front of thousands of people. buckled under pressure.
