Oooooooooh. That's a thing. I was raised a Baltimoron and lived there till I was 30 (about 30 years ago). Moved to Texas and married a Texas gal and that is THE word I say that freaks her out. It's impossible to phonetically write how Baltimorons pronounce that word. It especially drives my wife nuts that our daughter says it the same way.

From the same city as Mel, looks like Mel, and speaks like Mel…Anybody see Mel recently in public? He do an Admiral (lol) Rachel Levine?

Nothing! If my wife baked some fresh chocolate chip cookies on a Sunday afternoon, I might return the favor with 15 minutes of attention toward a Lifetime movie.

I'm a big Fan of the Berger Cookies. I have a friend who brings them up to NJ sometimes.

A friend of mine is obsessed with them still. That was never a thing for me though. I miss other things, though - Tastykake Chocolate Cupcakes. Esskay chipped beef. Hahn's celery sausage. And of course crabcakes. One of the biggest outrages was when my favorite ****hole crabhouse (Hale's) got bought ought by the Houston seafood chain Pappa's and they ruined their crabcakes.

I went to the same high school as he did (not something I care about one way or another, but some of my classmates think it's noteworthy). Anyway, some of my classmates have occasional conversations with him on Facebook (I guess), and from what I can tell he's pretty much the same prick off screen as on. I find it much more interesting that John Waters went to my school than Mel Kiper.

Great backstory and details. Not sure, but I know Divine was from Baltimore and close with Waters obviously, did Milstead (Divine) attend the same school too?
