Mario Cristobal is proven to be one of the best recruiters of the West Coast while at Miami....Period. Point Blank. Lincoln Riley wanted him bad....To get a guy like this from LA, right in Lincoln Riley's face, is a complete slap to Lincoln Riley, to the U$C program, and showing that Miami is going to get who they want on the West Coast.​

They had #1 class last year during the summer. Then 4 5 stars and a few 4 stars de-committed.
 
Riley may have avoided getting fired last year, but all is not well in the U$C alumni base.

Isn't that happening everywhere now with the 9 game in-conference schedule? One OOC rivalry, one powder puff G5 and one scrimmage FCS team going forward, it seems :(

The clear underlying concern here is he doesn't like/trust Riley. The ending of the rivalry just exposed the ugly undercurrent.
