Haynes King announced as captain vs Miami

[CANESCANES]

It was never in doubt that he wasn’t going to take a cortisone shot and play this game. Miami is everyone’s Super Bowl

[FreddyCane]

Need to hit him early and often.

[Go Canes!!]

Won’t make a difference.

We roll.

[JHallCanes]

84-63

I want to care more, but they would have scored with the punter taking snaps. This is a nothing burger for me.

Mario petty af...we win by 3 scores

[Cookie917]

is there a prop bet out there on whether or not we take a knee? I think even up 64-0 Mario is not kneeling lol

As I said earlier this week “ it better be Diddy versus Meek Mill part II”

[mavericksouth]

Never a doubt. Number 4 team, homecoming, of course he was playing. Nobody believed that he wouldn't.

Both King and Efford have been out the past couple of games. Both shoulder issues

Heard that against FSU and Duke. We didn’t really live up to expectations

Sure but we did beat both FSU and Duke by 3 TDs so

[ghost2]

38-36. Miami takes over on downs with 1:30 left to play and kneels 3 times to end it.

Captain goes down with his ship, so that's fitting.

[Peachycarnahan]

i'm calling the bluff. . . .and if he does start, i would overcrowd the box cause how much juice can he have on his throws with a bum shoulder. . . . if he plays, its a heavy dosage of runs and short dinks. . . . word.

[edge]

This defense has problems. But anyone shook by King being the starter needs to grow a pair. He is a mid level QB playing at a mid level school. He is right where he should be. They probably score 28 points versus 21 if he was not playing.
