Zero idea about if this is true or not, but why would any player portal before season, especially one who already missed an entire season and with zero game film? That’s be two full years without playing ball.

Yeah that just doesn’t make any sense. Like, if he really wanted a bigger NIL deal, he would play regardless so he can show teams his college film in hopes of getting a blue blood to write him a big check. Don’t think that’s gonna happen if he sits out and just refuses to play. That would be a major red flag for any program. I think Geo is a good dude and usually what he says is legit, but whoever told him this seems way off base.

But, we shall see. I’m gonna until August 4th and see if he shows up to camp before making any assumptions either way.
