Also he was pretty strong with his words regarding him in his last interview before today stating Hayden needs to show and prove he wants it and bring that consistency day in and day out. That kinda got my attention when I heard him say it like that as if something could be going on with him personally on or off the field.

I am praying for the best for this young man. By all accounts he is a physical stud and I hope and pray he can get it all together and become the best player he can be.
