ariz lost his competitive advantage (connections to Kaaya and a few other players) when Richt told the team that they would face discipline if they continued to leak out information to ariz and when these players graduated and moved on. his gig was over then, so he was rendered useless because his recruiting eye (ie. Knowles is elite) and football analysis both sucked.
