Haskins, Irvin, Wright, out for the bowl game

Per Matt Porter.....Also Willis out with an Injury. I'm assuming Haskins and Wright are being left home because of the Bruce arrest incident, but no idea on Irvin.

Bummer about Willis. I think our DL can dictate this game if we are at full strength.
 
Multiple players suspended for opening game and bowl game -- as predictable as death and taxes. Actually surprised it was only three.
 
Haskins and Wright are on the Eddie Johnson watch list. Haskins especially. Trouble just seems to find him. Hope he gets to together bc he's a physical freak.
 
I don't think Wright makes it to 2017 based on this year. He's only been on campus a few months and has been suspended twice. I hope he gets it together because we aren't exactly stacked at safety and I think he's talented PLUS I hate seeing people throw their futures away for stupid ****.

I thought Haskins & Wright were already suspended for the Duke game for that Bruce incident?

Was it a multi-game suspension?

I get that smoking weed is equivalent to 1st degree murder to some, but got **** man is all that really necessary?

I already know what some of y'all might say in response, "you don't know what's going on behind the scenes"...

What exactly could these kids be doing that's so **** bad? I'm NOT attacking the staff or Richt, I just don't get the propensity to always suspend.

And, yes I'm fully aware they weren't going to be playing anyway, that's not my point.

Could be because of the same incident, or am I mistaken? I really hope Irvin and Haskins don't go anywhere we need them for the TE position of the future

Not a great idea to speculate on the severity of a punishment when we have no idea whatsoever what they are suspended for. Guys are just guessing it's the Bruce incident. And then they're doubling down on that guess by guessing what those 2 did in the Bruce incident.

Wright will be at FIU or FAU in a year. And Haskins will be at Rutgers. These are the types of dudes Rick gives a couple chances and then runs off. And he's proven with some of the guys he ran out of UGA that he doesn't care how talented the guys are.
