Has Cam Passed Deejay Up? Who Deserves Snaps

DJ needs to shed some weight and go back to Mr Swiss Army. Our backfield is fine w/o him next year.
 
Oh my God it's always so hilarious n **** sad how us fans push proven players on our team out after a good 1-2 games by a younger player. The aura and allure of younger players is always so comical.

I do agree on cam n Lingard not being caught n homer n Dallas yes but that's due to our **** S&C program bulking up our players losing speed.
 
It just ****es me off even more with this staff trying justify not playing Lo and Cam by posting fake Greentree spring 40s to ease the fans. Lo showed wiggle and home run ability when he played and now Cam is the #1 RB based on play. I know the thread refers to Dallas’s snaps but Cam should be starting next weekend if the coaches believe what they preach.
 
Deejay is a true Cane and plays hard. He has good vision and can make something out of nothing (valuable with the current OL). He doesn't however have breakaway speed. I agree with others that he should be used in a Mr. Swiss Army role (not as the primary RB). I think Homer is a very good athlete who plays hard but lacks a little vision, wiggle and breakaway speed. I think the RB position will be more dynamic when Cam and Lingard ultimately split the bulk of the carries.

This! DJ should have been moved back to WR this spring and not put on weight. Granted it’s easier to say now vs then when we all though AR was going to be a 1st round pick. Regardless, the ability and speed of Cam and Lo should’ve been enough for them to spilt carries behind Homer from day 1. DJ should be the possession WR that can break a tackle this team is missing. Instead we’re watching Wiggins drops more balls than he catches and Cager well...Cagering.

Come on man, Davis has been electric the past two games. Love Homer's toughness, but we need speed more than ever right now.

If Cam carries the rock instead of Dallas last game, we beat BC. He got a case of fumble-itis. My recommendation is to move Davis up the depth chart at RB, then let Dallas keep eating boxes of pastelitos and croquetas de jamon at every meal so he packs on another 30 lbs, then we can move him next to Nesta at DT next season.
