Harvey Looked Good....For A Half

Played end in VB's 3-4 defense. VB sets their lineman in a 4 point stance. He had good get off, consistently getting by the RT. Uses his hands pretty good, has a good swim move and occasionally showed a nice rip. He had a couple sacks and several QB hurries on a very mobile QB. He showed good change of direction on 1 sack where the QB tried to run away from him and change directions. He stuck his foot in the ground and kept his pads square to the target and tracked him down. Then got up and threw up the "U".

He plays a little high on the running downs. Needs to get his pad level a little lower, though he did do a decent lob of setting the edge. Kids got long arms (seems to be a trend with UM's DE's). Bad news is he didn't play the second half due to a left shoulder injury. Had ice on it but the arm wasn't immobilized so it didn't look too serious.
