Hartley getting a little defensive on Twitter

I wouldnt say that our KR is horrid, and our coverage teams looking like they don't know where their lanes are
You must not been watching the past few games, bc our kick return has been pretty good majority of the season and fantastic the past 4 games. When it comes to coverage on pr you need a punter that has hang time, which would fix a lot of stuff on pr coverage. I will say that our KR coverage is bad.

Top 3 in punt return because Berrios fair caught anything that wasn’t a total punt coverage bust. Total punt return numbers are average at best. Thomas On the other hand has been great.
Thomas is dynamic, but his fumble last week was a big reason why we lost. Berrios never had an error like that. They are both great in different ways. Berrios was dependable; Thomas is electric.

Our special teams coach is stalking State of the U's twitter feed immediately after a game? Is he a coach or kid? I guess this explains why our kids get emotional and resort to social media. I had little respect for this guy's coaching ability, now I have no respect for him as a man. If you want to tweet, you just quickly send out a positive tweet. You don't spend time stalking the comment sections of other accounts.

HARTLEY...YOU ARE A F*CKING LOSER

Also, I've been watching college football since the early 70s and have never seen a special teams unit as bad as this one.

imagine if you're making 100k-200k+ a year and after a game you jump on F*CKING TWITTER TO START ARGUING WITH FANS

I can't fathom this sh*t, If I was in the NBA or some crap special you think i'd be sitting back on the f*cking couch with my legs propped up looking to get into d*ck measuring contests with passionate fans?

sigh..

Coaches should never fire back at fans on Twitter - it's a bad look and means they can't handle the pressure.

It also creates an environment showing it's ok to do so, which is probably why players feel the freedom to do/say anything on social media as well.

Why is everyone assuming he is "stalking" twitter? They all probably follow twitter sites that make themselves seem "official". guy posted on Brevin Jordan and Mallory's injuries and both kids responded to him. He probably saw the tweet in his feed and responded.

I stopped following a few of those sites. They are nothing but negative. I personally think THEY are a bad look for the program.

Again, you prove my point and you don't even get it. You Cats would find a way to complain if someone pulled up to your doorstep and handed you a tax-free million dollars crying that Mark Richt get $4 million a year.

You are not happy unless you are belittling the program one way or the other.

I think it’s pretty simple. Most all of us would be totally happy if the performance on the field was equal to the talent in the locker room.

I think the offensive line's performance on the field of last year and this year is equal to the talent in the locker room. And when you don't have at least a mediocre offensive line you are going to struggle to win most any game. Fix the offensive line and Coach Richt will be celebrated as an offensive guru.

Well, then who is going to correct the constant stream of lies and negative comments concerning UM's football program that is sold as truth?

Our last punt return for td against a power 5 school was Travis Benjamin. So while we may be ranked highly the last few years and we ran them back against FCS schools, Hartley needs to get of Twitter and work on KR and punting

It is hilarious to read the haters attacking a UM coach for correcting the constant stream of lies and nonsense being posted about Miami's Athletic Director, Head Coach, Assistant Coaches and Players.

When a coach corrects the made up stories and absurd theories regurgitated on various social media sites it makes the haters job of destroying the program significantly harder.

PS; I consider it a badge of honor when the haters downvote my comments. So, bring em on girls!

It’s Not like that punt return was designed, Jeff made something happen outta nothing lol

Thomas was obviously great Yesterday, but Berrios was a great and under appreciated punt returner. He fair caught the ball when he should have.
