Harrison-Hunte

Starting this because with the DB and WR mopery, it's gotten lost that this redshirt froshmans is the future on the Dline. Making plays in the backfield - 2 TFL and a sack in limited time. Give the man his props, and more snaps.

Cam and HH look great

When he committed i got a woody. Knew he was the guy in that NY/NJ group.

The thing is Holley reshaped his body and is coming along as well. With Roberts/Blissett down the pike.
Blisset played towards the end. Dude is fast as ****. He needs to add more size but a great scheme fit.

I will accept any and all stock on JHH and cam Williams. Those two are the future. Our defensive line embarrassment of riches seems to have continued.

But I got two words for y’all: Leonard Taylor

Blissett can take his time. He's a RS Frosh. He has at least 2 more seasons to gain the necessary mass - probably needs another 20-25 pounds - to then play a central role. Hope the rumors of bouncing between DE and DT cease. Outside of the weight, he has all the other attributes.

Guys like Harrison-Hunte make it possible for guys like Blissett and Roberts (who probably needs even less time because of his natural size) to be brought along at a reasonable pace.

I think the gaining weight thing is overrated at times. Look at Ed Oliver and Aaron Donald. If you play with good technique and have a good get off and physical you can play early not saying he is ed Oliver or Donald that has to be proven but One play Blissett got penetration and got flat down the line chasing the back and instantly hurdle guys on the floor in pursuit of the ball. When ball is away I just don’t see the pursuit by the other DTS except for nesta JHH. I played with Hall of famer joe Kelcko son dan and dude was 5”11 265 and dominated at defensive tackle getting 8-10 sacks playing the two technique. Teams aren’t carrying to many big tackles anymore coaches want athletes upfront now times are changing and we have to evolve with the times Blissett JHH is becoming the standard.

I thought Ford would leave here a rock solid NFL ready player.

He’s been a tremendous disappointment.

he is soft. Doesn’t even show up on the stat sheet or tape. I could see if we were playing a two gap system how he could not have any tackles cause he is just holding point but we are a 1 gap team. He has done nothing. No push for a massive human being is why he needs to be put on the bench in my opinion.

Amen. Kid made some noise out there.

All of our DT and DE will thrive under Coach Simpson..#facts..Not saying that Coach Stroud didn’t do a good job but it worked itself out that he was moved inside and Simpson was available..Now Simpson can coach some of the guys he recruited to the U... I really do think it’s happening...Trob will b the nxt DC ...it’s all about the U baby

Coach Simpson will do great with the DL I agree. Making T Rob the DC would be a terrible decision. Even Manny is not stupid enough to hire a DC that failed at a lesser program.
