Exactly I feel ya I still feel like I can win state championships in men's softball still kick *** in my Kempo karate and work the younger guys under the table but sometimes the rest of the world looks at ya different.

I hear ya on that. I was in the best shape of my life two years ago. But it gets harder to stay on top of it the more you avoid it, and the older you get, more responsibility, life, makes it more difficult to stay on top of.

I'm not exactly a "respect your elders" guy. Respect everyone who deserves respect. But I'll listen to people who have been on this earth a lot longer than I have more than I'll listen to those who haven't been as long as me.
