Guys, I’m feeling nervous about Michigan State

I think we win this game in the fourth quarter, this is a 12pm game and Michigan state will wear down at the end. I have a close game 21-17.

Our OL got bullied by a 5’11 270lb DE. I think we all know what’s to come.

Their OL is also much larger. We looked much smaller than AppSt so I think we all know what’s to come.
Hey, that DE has a very low center of gravity! You can't coach that. He has all the intangible traits and a high motor. He was hungrier than Donaldson on a late night run to McDonald's!

MSU will probably run us out of the Rock.

My man. Your concern is LEGIT! Mighty Michigan St. literally TOOK THE BREAKS OF THE METAL PETAL yesterday. The game was basically over at halftime. So Mr. Nasty AKA Coach Tucker ordered his teams to play SAFELY in the second-half. To play VANILLA if you will. huh? He knew they had a better Orange and Green cat to skin this Saturday. LOL For example, the score was 7-7 the second-half. In other words, there was no need to give Miami anything to scout the second-half, and no need to have unexpected injuries to KEY starters and what not.

Also, Miami fan should realize that Coach Tucker's alma mater is MICHIGAN ST. So he's putting his heart and soul into his coaching and all that. Also, Tucker forte is defense, and he's mentor under some impressive HC's in the past. All in all. Michigan St. WINS the head coaching matchup! No ifs, but's or take this to a Spartan blog site. huh?

One more point. The opening point spread will reveal what this game is going to be about. I think Miami will be a - 3 1/2 point chalk. Only because the game is at home. In a nuetral bowl game site, Michigan St. probably would be a slight favorite. But I could be wrong about opening spread. I just don't know. huh?

Cane fan can't instantly make King grow three inches, but Lashlee could help him out better by ROLLING him OUT OF THE POCKET!! It's really that simple. Also, Miami's O-line is simply AVERAGE!!!!! And when the opposing front line gets a PUSH into the backfield, that F' ups Kings down field vision. Heck, Lashlee KNOWS he should roll him out, but like the VAST MAJORITY of HC's, and assistants, he's too **** STUBBORN and PRIDEFUL to do this!!! Nothing more, nothing less.
Actually, Coach Tucker is a UW Badger, who Saban hired as a G.A. at MSU. So maybe MSU is his coaching Alma Mater.

Besides that, what you posted is true. Game was done at halftime, and Tucker was playing everyone he could in the second half to see what they could do. Backup QB had the team about to put up another 7 to get to 49 when he was clobbered on a run, fumbled and YSU covered it on the 1. MSU actually has 4 good backs. The #4 was looking talented in the 2nd half, but he's a frosh and probably won't be playing next week. The guy who had the most yards on the ground is probably the #3, the #2 has a hamstring thing going on and the #1 had a day off (less than 10 touches).

Some Spartans had next Saturday's game marked as an L, but I think it will probably be a pretty good game if MSU keeps playing as they have.

I think Miami will go out & win handily. It won’t make sense, it won’t roll into more momentum.. just random, full potential, Miami football. King for Heisman. Lashlee to UConn. 14-1. We bak. Don’t be a fan later.

/then we’ll lose to Virginia

Feeley skates by while we dump on Trashlee and Diass

Mich St might be the only team we play all year that the dive play works against.

Sunshine pumpers said MSU was a dumpster fire last year and Mel Tucker was a trash *** Corch

31-14 MSU

U gave me an indifferent reaction to my take that there was no doubt in my mind ww roll App St; U’re intuition was spot on. A missed wide open TD, a botched snap, and two dropped passes in the waning moments allowed us to escape w/ a two point win.

U have every right to be to be nervous.

App is probably a better team than Michigan State, and a top half ACC team, and you all thought it was asinine.

According to Massey, App is like 24th and Miami 23rd or something, so the game turned out exactly as the Composite predicted that it would in terms of point spread.

I don't think MSU is a Top 25 caliber team like App State is. I think MSU likely has one good runner that made their first opponent look bad because he hadn't been on film in their offense.

Maybe it's ESPN's fault, but I feel like people should know by now that App is probably better than they think.

Since 2015 now, Tennessee, Penn State, UNC, USC, Wake Forest and now Miami have all been one score games. Only UGA, Clemson, and Miami (2016) were more than one score and the last time it happened was 2017 with UGA who went to the National Championship.

Maybe time to show a little respect considering that if App wins out until October, they will be ranked Top 25 and if they go undefeated the rest of the way its possible App could get to Top 15, just as a function of scheduling.

Regardless, you beat a Top 25 team, as the past two coaches that played App have said.

App St moved up to D1 FB in 2014, joining the Sunbelt Conference.

2014: Michigan (L: 52 - 14)
2015: #12 Clemson (L: 41 - 10)
2016: #9 UT (L: 20 - 13 in OT)
2016: #25 Miami (L: 45 - 10)
2017: #15 UGA (L: 31 - 10)
2017: WF (L: 20 - 19)
2018: PSU (L: 45 - 38 in OT)
2019: UNC (W: 34 - 31)
2020: Miami (L: 25 - 23)

So since 2014, App St have gone 1 - 8 against P5 teams, and u r absolutely right, including our game, App St was in dog fights in 5 of those 9 games.

U know what’s interesting though, there’s something very ominous when App St found themselves in a dog fight w/ those P5 schools; they all weren’t very good. In fact, EVERY single one of them lost “at least” 4 games on the season.

Soo, I’m not sure if we want to be lumped in that company or if that’s a tell-tale sign of things to come.

Tennessee began the season as a top 10 entering the App St game, and they finished top 22 w/ a Music City Bowl Bid

WF entered the game 3-0 against App St, and after struggling to move to 4-0, the wheels feel off, and received a Belk Bowl bid.

Penn State began the season as a top 10 entering the App St game, and they finished top 17 w/ a Citrus Bowl bid

UNC was just a trash team….yet ironically we lost to them that yr. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Each of those teams had at least 4 L’s on the season, so not sure we wanna talk about App St’s ability to make it hard on teams. It’s certain teams they make sweat.

I was at that game last night thinking to myself, why do I do this to myself? If the University of Miami isn’t committed to winning then why am i committed to this? At this point, I purchase season tickets because of tradition with family and friends. It’s not fun any more. I rather spend my time doing other stuff that is far more entertaining than squeaking by App State.
How much are season tickets right now?

"That's a tough Michigan State team we just played tonight. We're not happy with the outcome and obviously giving up 400 yds. rushing is disappointing too, but I'm happy the team went out there and fought hard for 60 minutes and never gave up. We just have to regroup and prepare ourselves for a very well coached and feisty Central Connecticut State team."

you forgot 'our main goal, winning the coastal still lies ahead of us'.

I don't know what is worse. The premature and failed execution of a message board tradition that has spanned multiple boards

Or

The constant derailment of threads by sad sacks looking to vent their misplaced angst over a football team.

We roll
