Gus Felder hired at Georgia Tech

Whether he was bad or not at his job the guy got to work make $ somehow you would do the same even if it was for less money. I swear some of you ***gits on here probably dont even have a job too much sunshine going to your heads sitting at the beach or hanging out on CIS all day

I think he was just illustrating felder clearly wasn’t qualified for the job. The biggest indictment on a staff is whether they find work at the same position at a similar caliber school. The market usually lets you know the value.

Lil richt aint got a job yet?

It’s a **** job but someone’s gotta do it.

Good for Gus.

Good for GT.

Go Canes.

VERY telling Jon Richt has no announced position yet.
Lil Jon may receive a major offer from Our Lady of Perpetual Help 6th grade team somewhere in South Dakota very soon. They will run a quarterbackless offense. I think he'll fit in just fine.

Hey, I went to OLPH in Opa Locka, Fl. Our Blessed Mother prefers more solid coaches.

I never understood that. Granted, you could have all of that knowledge to be successful and a health problem, so it never really bothered me. It was odd looking, I will give you that.

Anyhow, good luck Gus.
I agree, wasn't doubting his knowledge per se, but if I owned a rehab center I wouldn't hire a recovering alcoholic to be my administrator either.

It's almost like hiring a slob to be your beauty pageant coach. You gotta walk the walk in that position and perhaps it's a health issue.

I have no idea and while I hope I've evolved as a person in 40 some years here on this planet, it still raised my eyebrows.

Again, good luck to the man and nothing but the best.

Wishing all the best to big Gus. Wasn't a fit for our program, but here's hoping he makes the right moves/adjustments and finds some success, just as long as his interests do not conflict with ours...
