Guesses on the next first rounders on this team

Moten can sneak into the late 1st round with another great season.

I don't mean to come off as a wet blanket, but we need to bring our expectations down a bit regarding what our talent level is. But, all of that goes out the window with another deep playoff run - I think this last run helped guys like Messi, Beck, and Bell improve their draft stock

Well said. Not sure what people would have said if someone posted Mesidor as a first round pick last year. Probably laughed off the board.

But still there’s a lot of talent on the team and some good coaching but then you gotta add the goofy **** the NFL does. If you see a run of QBs start to go then who even knows what these teams will do? Someone like Scott you can see the potential, or Blount with the traits on paper but still a long way to go.

Because you're not understanding he's an actual lock lol You're laughing at people saying he's R1. Legit, unless he's hurt he is R1. Pay attention.

Nah, me laughing at your post was you talking about mock drafts like those are the end all be all and calling him a “lock” based on a ******* mock draft lol. It’s a pointless fun exercise that means absolutely nothing come draft time. I can show you 5+ mocks that don’t have OJ in R1, so then what?

he missed only five games — or just four regular-season games over two years — which many first-rounders also miss. Can you explain why he isn’t viewed the same way? I’m curious based on data.

I’ve said my reasons already. He needs to be more consistent in his play IMO. He shows great moments, and he also has not so good moments. Could he play himself into R1? Sure, I have stated that as well. But to be calling him a lock right now is very premature IMO.

And for those first rounders that missed a handful of games, the same concerns were all said for them at some point as well. It’s not a death wish, it’s just a simple observation. It doesn’t mean his career is over. It doesn’t mean he sucks. It doesn’t mean nobody likes him. But missing 5 games in 2 years isn’t just “nothing”.

I can’t believe people think he’s a lock. A lock means it doesn’t matter what he does this year and I am certain that what he does matters relative to where he’s drafted.
