Commited to us for a lil while and hadn't even visited us, completely off the radar. Didn't qualify, went Juco on same team as Greg Cooper, and then switched to Pitt

Mathew Thomas: Kid was the definition of keeping his cards close to chest. It's not his fault we all jumped the gun and penciled him and Kirkland into this class. The kid didn't even want to go to FSU. His mother made him, he'd be in Southern Cal right now if it weren't for her.
